Complaint Instructions

If you wish to submit a complaint due to damage, delay, or a manufacturing defect, we will conduct an objective assessment and request that the jewellery be returned to us for inspection.

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have a three (3) year right of complaint for all products, including all our rings and other jewellery. A complaint must be made within a reasonable time. A complaint submitted within two (2) months from when the defect was discovered is always considered to be within a reasonable timeframe.

Our Process

The first step in handling a complaint is to attempt to remedy the defect.
If this is not possible and the complaint is approved, we will replace the item with a new product.

If we are unable to replace the item with an identical product, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. However, we reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent — whichever occurs first.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Care & Maintenance

Rings are delicate pieces of jewellery and should be worn with care and inspected regularly.

We recommend that diamond rings be checked every six months to ensure that the stones remain securely set.

To prevent unnecessary wear, avoid wearing your rings during activities such as:

  • Exercise
  • Gardening
  • Dishwashing
  • Sleeping
  • Other activities that may cause impact or strain

How to Submit a Complaint

We are sorry that your order did not meet your expectations. We always strive to exceed them.

To ensure quick and smooth handling, please:

  1. Complete the web complaint form below.
  2. Once your complaint has been registered, a return shipping label will be sent to your email.
  3. Print the complaint PDF form, complete it, and include it inside your return shipment.
  4. Repack the item as similarly as possible to how it was originally delivered.
  5. Seal the package carefully and attach the return label over the original shipping label.
