Size Guide

Few people know their exact ring size — so it’s completely natural to feel uncertain before placing an order. At Schalins, we are here to guide you every step of the way and help you find the perfect fit with confidence.

How to Measure Your Ring Size

Ring size can be measured either by circumference or by diameter.

At Schalins, we use circumference as our sizing standard. If you know your finger’s diameter in millimetres, you can calculate your ring size by multiplying the diameter by 3.14 (π).

However, the most accurate method is to order a complimentary ring sizer from us. We will send it to you free of charge, allowing you to measure your size comfortably at home.

You can request a ring sizer via the form further down on this page.

How to Measure with Our Ring Sizer

1.

Thread the end of the ring sizer through the buckle to form a loop.

Place the ring sizer around the finger that will wear the ring. In Sweden, the standard for engagement and wedding rings is the left ring finger.

2.

Tighten the sizer so that it sits comfortably — neither too tight nor too loose.

You should be able to slide it on and off just like a ring, feeling slight resistance as it passes over the knuckle. If it slips off too easily, the ring will likely be too large.

3.

Your ring size is displayed in the magnified window.

Our Sizes

We offer both full and half sizes. Below, we list our full sizes as examples.

If your finger circumference falls between two sizes, you will most likely need one of our half sizes to ensure the perfect fit.

Keep in mind that your finger size can vary depending on temperature. Your fingers may be slightly smaller in the morning and larger in the evening. If you notice this variation, a size in between may provide the most comfortable fit throughout the day.

The width of the ring also affects how it feels. A wider band typically feels slightly tighter on the finger, while a slimmer ring may feel a bit looser.
