When we began planning our 80th anniversary, it felt only natural to celebrate in a truly meaningful way — by creating an exceptional anniversary collection.
With our long heritage, it was important that the design paid tribute to the 1940s, drawing inspiration from the era in which Schalins was founded. Diamonds in the distinctive pear-shaped and tapered cuts became the foundation of an exciting new design, paired with the noblest of metals — platinum — which also symbolizes an 80-year wedding anniversary.
“Eloge” means praise or tribute, and each piece in the collection forms part of a greater homage to tradition, craftsmanship, and quality, while also reflecting the company’s contribution to the jewellery industry.
Eloge embodies luxury, elegance, organic futurism, and boldness. It is something beyond the ordinary — created for life’s most exceptional occasions.
The collection consists of ten pieces in total, including necklaces, earrings, and rings in three different sizes.

From a Brilliant Idea to a New Jewellery Collection
Eloge stands apart from anything we have created before — something entirely different. Classic, yet new and strikingly contemporary.
The pear-shaped diamonds and the semi-bezel setting are distinctive details, rarely seen in Sweden. The necklace, designed with the same precision as a tennis bracelet, was a true technical challenge. Every intricate element and careful adjustment has been refined to achieve a flawless finish — crafted to endure beautifully over time.

In Swedish, "Eloge" means praise or tribute. The collection was developed for Schalins' 80th anniversary as a tribute to the company's history and craftsmanship.
The design language is inspired by the 1940s, the decade when Schalins was founded in 1944, featuring teardrop-shaped and tapered diamond cuts that were common during that period.
A pear-cut diamond has a teardrop shape, a combination of round and marquise cuts, with one pointed and one rounded end. This cut is central to several pieces in the Eloge collection.
The collection comprises a total of ten pieces of jewelry – rings, necklaces and earrings – in three different sizes.
All jewellery in the collection is currently available in rose gold, white gold and platinum.
A half bezel setting partially encloses the stone's edge with metal, unlike a prong setting where individual prongs hold the stone. This technique provides a more protected yet still visible display for the stone.
