INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR CLAIM

If you claim your item due to a damage, delay or faulty production, we will make an objective assessment and ask for the jewellery. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you always have (three) 3-year right of complaint on all goods, this of course applies to all our rings and other goods. In the event of a complaint, a notification must be made within a reasonable time. A complaint made within two (2) months of the fault being discovered is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.

The first step in making a complaint is to try to fix the error. If this is not possible and the complaint is approved, we will replace you with a new product. Rings are fragile pieces of jewelry that should be worn with great care and inspected regularly. We recommend that diamond rings should be inspected every six months to ensure that the diamonds are properly seated.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our jewelry for events due to manufacturing defects. Our guarantee does not apply if you have made changes to the ring (such as resizing) via another goldsmith during the period.

Remember to never wear your rings in situations where extra wear and tear may occur, such as exercise, gardening, washing dishes, sleeping and the like.

If we are unable to replace you with a similar item, you have the right to cancel the purchase and have the money refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice that you have canceled the purchase. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item back from you or until you have submitted proof that you returned the item, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made in the same way as the original payment, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.

  2. Print the PDF for complaints, see below, fill in and attach to the document in the shipment.
  3. Package the package as similar as possible to how it was received. Don't forget the document you just printed out. Tape well and place the return slip over the delivery slip.
