Delivery and returns
Schalins always offers free shipping.
In general, we need about 1-5 working days to produce your ring, in addition to this, the transport via PostNord takes about 1-3 days to your delivery point.
We reserve the right for any delays from our production and delays attributable to suppliers beyond our control and beyond our control, but we always aim for you as the customer to receive your goods within the specified time frame.

Warranty and complaint

From the time you pick up your order from Schalins.com, you have 14 days of open purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have used the product and/or removed any seals. For the return to be accepted, the item(s) must be in a completely unused condition, undamaged, unaltered, without scratches and in the original packaging, including certificate.
The ring or piece of jewelry must be part of Schalins.com's regular range and not have engraving and/or be a special order, own design.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our jewelry for events due to manufacturing defects. Our guarantee does not apply if you have made changes to the ring (such as resizing) by another goldsmith during the period.
No. However, we refer you to check what applies via your home insurance. In most cases, insurance steps in and covers loss or damage.

We only buy diamonds from manufacturers who work in accordance with the United Nations Kimberley Process. In this way, we can ensure that all our diamonds are conflict-free. Read more about our diamonds here .
Our standard grade is WSI from 0.005 ct up to 0.035 ct and WVS from 0.04 ct for all brilliant cut (round) diamonds. However, a princess cut (square) diamond is always TWVS from us. We recommend that you choose a ring in titanium or platinum, which is a pure enough alloy that most people can tolerate.
18K, 14K and 9K contain different amounts of gold. 18 carat is standard in Sweden and contains 750/1000 parts of fine gold, 14K contains 585/1000 parts of fine gold and 9K contains 375/1000 parts of fine gold. Read more about the metals in our rings here .
We manufacture rings in red gold, white gold, rose gold, yellow gold, platinum, palladium, silver and titanium. We do not manufacture all models in all metals. On each product you see which metals are offered on that particular product.
Yes, all our rings and jewelry are nickel free.
