Return Instructions

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made through our website. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.

Please note that you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To ensure a smooth and secure return process, please follow the instructions below.

We reserve the right to make a depreciation deduction if a returned item is received in a diminished condition. To avoid any deduction, please ensure that the item(s):

• Are unused
• Are undamaged and unaltered
• Show no scratches or signs of wear
• Are returned in their original packaging
• Include all accompanying materials (e.g., diamond certificate, box)

Step 1 – Register Your Return

Complete the web return form using the same name and details as your original order. Once submitted, we will register your return and await the shipment.

Please note: You are responsible for the item until it has safely arrived at our facility.

Step 2 – Prepare and Ship Your Return

1. Print the PDF return form and complete it.
2. Include the completed form inside your return package.
3. Repack the item carefully as it was originally delivered.
4. Ensure all contents are included (certificate, box, documentation, etc.).
5. Seal the package securely.
6. Attach the return shipping label over the original shipping label.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using the same shipping method as your delivery (PostNord Registered / REK).

You may create your return shipping label via PostNord.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.

However, we reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned item or proof that you have shipped it — whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
