Size guide
Few people know their ring size, and it is therefore not uncommon to feel unsure before placing an order. But we at Schalins are of course always here to guide you in the right direction.
HOW TO MEASURE THE RING SIZE ON YOUR FINGER
Ring size can be measured both in circumference and in diameter. We at Schalins use circumference. If you take the diameter measurement of your finger, you can easily work out your ring size by taking mm x 3.14 (pi). However, the more accurate way is to order a size tape from us, which we send out free of charge. Order a size band via the form further down the page.
Our sizes
We offer both full and half sizes and below we list our full sizes as examples. If your finger circumference falls between a few sizes, you most likely need one of our half sizes.

Keep in mind that the size of your finger is different if you are hot or cold. You may need one size in the morning and find that you need a completely different one in the evening. If so, you may need a ring size in between these to keep the ring in place throughout the day. Which size you should choose also depends on the width of the ring. A wider ring feels slightly smaller on the finger, while a narrower ring can often feel larger.

How to measure your ring size
1.
Thread the end of the tape measure through the buckle to form a ring.
Put the size band around the finger that will wear the ring. For weddings and engagements, the left ring finger is standard in Sweden
2.
Tighten and make sure the strap is neither too tight nor too loose. You should be able to take the band on and off just like a ring and feel a little resistance over the knuckle. If the band slips off too easily, the ring will be too big.
3.
Your ring size is shown in the magnifying glass.
Please note that the warranty on our rings does not apply if you choose to adjust the size of your ring via another goldsmith. Read more about our guarantees here.
