Vår North-kollektion växer. Nu får ringarna sällskap av två nya diamantörhängen, halo och studs, med lab grown-diamanter. De har samma rena formspråk och känsla för detaljer som resten av serien. Här möts nordisk design och svenskt hantverk i smycken som är enkla att kombinera när du vill hitta din egen stil. Det är smycken att bära och uppskatta länge, kanske även av nästa generation.

Två utföranden: Halo och studs

Halo har en briljantslipad diamant om 0,30 carat i centrum. Den omges av 14 mindre diamanter om 0,01 carat vardera. Halon ramar in mittstenen, förstärker dess lyster och ger örhängena ett mer uttrycksfullt utseende med balanserade proportioner. Den totala diamantvikten är 0,44 carat per örhänge.

Studs är den stilrena varianten. Diamanten är briljantslipad och sitter i en nätt fyrklofattning. Den öppna fattningen släpper in ljus från flera håll, så att stenen hamnar i fokus. Du väljer en diamant om 0,30 eller 0,50 carat per örhänge.

Both the halo and stud earrings work just as well for everyday wear as when you want the diamonds to take center stage. The stud blends seamlessly with what you’re already wearing. The halo makes a bolder statement without being over the top.

Both the halo and stud earrings are available individually or as a pair. This means you can wear a single diamond or combine the halo and stud earrings in multiple piercings for a more personal look.

The halo earrings, for example, have the same shape as the halo ring in North. Diamond earrings can be a gift that grows with more pieces from North over time. Lab-grown diamonds: genuine, with a different origin

At North, we use lab-grown diamonds. They consist of pure carbon in the same crystal structure as natural diamonds and have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties. Their hardness is the same, 10 on the Mohs scale, and they are graded according to the same 4 Cs: carat, color, clarity, and cut.

The difference lies in their origin. A natural diamond forms over millions of years deep underground. A lab-grown diamond is produced in a controlled environment using techniques that recreate the conditions under which diamonds form in nature. They cannot be distinguished with the naked eye. Special laboratory equipment is required.

Many choose lab-grown diamonds to get a diamond with the same properties and appearance at a lower cost than a comparable natural diamond. If you prefer a natural diamond, both halo and stud settings are also available. Read more about our lab-grown diamonds and our diamonds.

Certificates and Quality

Your diamond earrings are delivered with a certificate certifying the gold's purity and the diamonds' quality and weight. For diamonds of 0.50 carats or more, an international certificate from GIA, IGI or HRD is also included. Read more about our certificates and quality markings.

How do I care for my diamond earrings?

The North earrings are made in our workshop in Jämtland, where Bror Schalin opened his goldsmith shop in 1944. We use 100% recycled fine gold and fossil-free electricity. It is the same craftsmanship as in our rings, now in a pair of diamond earrings to wear for a long time.
