INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR RETURN

We apply a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases on the website. The withdrawal period begins from the day you received your order. Remember that you must notify us that you are cancelling your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. For a smooth and safe return, we ask you to use our return form and our other instructions that you will find below.

We reserve the right to make a depreciation deduction if an item is returned in a deteriorated condition (when the right of withdrawal has been exercised). To avoid depreciation deductions, you should therefore ensure that the item(s) is/are in an unused condition, undamaged, unaltered, without scratches and in its original packaging, including certificates.

For quick and smooth handling of your case, please fill out the form below:

1. Fill out the web form below. Enter the same name and information as when you ordered. We will note your return and await the shipment. You are responsible for the return until it reaches us.
2. Print the PDF form and fill in the information. Attach the completed information to your return shipment to us.
3. Pack everything the same way you received the package, please ensure that everything that was included upon delivery is included in the package, for example diamond certificate, box, etc. Don't forget the return form that you printed. Tape the package tightly and attach the return form over the previous delivery form. You are responsible for the return cost and we recommend that you choose the same delivery method as for your delivery (PostNord REK). Create your return form with PostNord here.

3. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back from you or until you have submitted proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.
